- Rental prices are per week or at weekends in low season (us).
- The reservation is guaranteed farm, where a deposit representing 25% of stay has been received and cashed.
- The lease runs from Saturday 16h to Saturday 10h. (contact us for other dates of arrival and departure).
- Water, heating, bed linen and towels are included in the price of the stay. (Except during the winter months and electricity is extra).
- Electricity and water is charged to the tenant during the heats.(winter)
- The cottage is rented furnished with cooking utensils, crockery, glassware, blankets, sheets and pillows, towels, cleaning products.
- A deposit of 25% is required upon booking. The balance must be paid on arrival in the house.
- In the case of a late booking, the total amount of the stay must be paid when booking.
- If necessary, the owner or his representative will be entitled to claim from the tenant, at his departure, the price of cleaning the leased premises (fixed at 70 €), the total value at the price of replacement items, furniture or material broken, cracked, chipped or damaged and those which exceed normal wear for the duration of the lease, the price of cleaning blankets made sales, compensation for damage of any kind on the curtains, wallpaper, paint, ceilings, floors, tiles, carpets, windows, bedding, etc. ...
- A deposit of 250 € will be requested upon arrival, refundable after establishment of the state of output minus the cost of site remediation if needed.
